Where is update???

This was updated to version 4.5.2 by Felt Tip at least two months ago
Felt Tip said that the update would be posted by the App Store since I bought it from the App Store and that is the only way to get it.
The App Store is new to me.
Where else can I find the update from 4.5 to 4.5.2 ??
Do I have to wait for Apple to post it or can I find it somewhere else ??
Very good program but there have been several changes in the update.
I probably should have bought it directly of from some other vendor.
