Easy to use since version 2

I think I have owned every version since V2 that came with my iBook G3.
this is one of the most wonderful programs to work in, simple and intuitive.
the change in how to do selection does not bother me as I am a keyboard shortcut junkie anyway, just treat it like selecting multiple files sort of in reverse. oddly enough, I was accidentally not selecting entire tracks and it was starting to drive me nuts. its kind of hard to delete something and keep 2 tracks in sync without selecting both of them. it might be useful to have a toggle for this option?
now if I could just figure out how to sit down and actually do stuff and get work done?
