Meh...

Good: Easy to trim off the beginning and end of sound clips. Also allows one to divide a long recording into tracks an name each. Also helps autotag with LP art if that’s what you are doing.

Bad: Doesn’t allow multiple tracks with overlaping (at least I cant easily figure out how and I’m usually good at this sort of thing) - makes me wish Audio Cleaning Lab would make a Mac version. Also, VERY BAD this program inserts itself as the default for playing all media files (easily undone but an unwelcome intrusion).

So it does really basic things OK, but without multitrack overlapping, a bit limited for me.
