Worth the small price

I recently decided to move from Windows to Mac.
One of the problems I have had is finding a piece of software to quickly edit audio in the fashion I am familiar with.
This does it.

I am use to Sony Sound Forge Studio on Windows.
For whatever reason, much of the software I am finding on Mac handles some basic things, such as scrubbing, very differently (and IMO, stupidly).
This does everything thing I need for my quick, basic editing, simply, quickly, and precisely.
